This is my first credit card and it's with Citi bank. Bank provided a credit limit of 50000 with this card which is sufficient enough for me. Bank provides good customer service. Online use of this card is also easy and website of this card is quite flexible to navigate.

There is the reward points option attached with this card, however, this card does not ever provide you much opportunities to earn reward points. I just want to close this credit card. The customer service is very poor. To connect with the customer care itself very big problem its taking.

This is the only Citibank Credit Card I know of that doesn't have a hidden agenda or is trying to rob you of your hard earned cash. It has one competitive low interest rate which doesn't change for cash advances and the fees on the card are also low.

This card is very good at its reward system. You get 1,500 bonus points on the first-spend made within 30 days of card issue and 1,000 bonus points on your first Rs 1,000 spend made within 60 days of card issue.

I was stuck while making payment using this card at a shopping mall. I tried reaching out the customer care for immediate help. But what happened after that is that I had to return home without shopping the transaction didn’t proceed with no fault of mine.
