Chqbook Review

For ₹1 lakh and ₹2 lakh spent online annually, customers receive e-gift vouchers valued at ₹2000 each. A very simple and compact, yet very powerful, credit card; the Simplyclick SBI Card is a must for every cardholder around. Although the Simplyclick SBI Card might not look much on first appearances, but as has always been, looks can be deceiving. It is a powerful and important card in its own right, and only by using it can one appreciate the truly ingenious nature of the people who have created the card in the first place

  PROS

  • The most glaring and obvious advantage of Simplyclick SBI Card is its very low and very affordable joining fee. This means almost anybody can get to possess the credit card without spending too much out of their own pockets
  • Neither does one need a silver spoon to renew this card every year, since Simplyclick SBI Card's renewal fees cost the same amount as the joining fee itself, making it quite economical to own and utilize the accentuate your credit card experience
  • Besides, it also offers a gift voucher from Amazon, worth ₹500 rupees, on joining

  CONS

  • However, as a card that is relatively small featuring comparatively minor benefits and features, Simplyclick SBI Card might appear as a redundant entity to many people, and they would not really want to spend their money on getting this card
  • Another disadvantage is its complicated sets of eligibility criteria that is applicable for different sets of people. For example, if one is salaried, they need to be at least 21 years old to apply. In the case of a person who is self-employed, they need to be at least 25 years old in order to file an application. For pensioners, the minimum required age is 40, at which they can successfully apply for the card. Therefore, the sheer affordability of the card and the complex eligibility criteria do not quite gel well together and seem to be contradictory to each other, proving it to be a strange kind of disadvantage that might stand in its way of being chosen by prospective cardholders

  • The joining fee will be reversed on an annual spend of ₹1 lakh and more
