Terms and Conditions

You declare and confirm that for opening an account with Suryoday Small Finance Bank Limited, your current address, which is to be recorded as your communication address in the account is as shared:

• Your permanent address is as updated in your Aadhaar which has been submitted to the Bank by carrying out OTP based Aadhaar authentication basis your voluntary consent.
• You authorize the bank to send all communications, including all deliverables to you at the aforesaid communication address.
• You undertake to immediately inform the Bank in case there is any change in your current address.
• You hereby agree and undertake to hold harmless and keep Suryoday Small Finance Bank Limited fully indemnified against claims and damages, which may be made in respect hereof by reason of Suryoday Small Finance Bank Limited relying and acting on this declaration.
